Choosing an Arbitrator or Mediator is an important decision.
The American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) is featuring panelist videos to augment existing resumes. Through discussions with AAA-ICDR customers, we learned that parties would be interested in viewing videos of panelists when considering them for cases.
This is your opportunity to introduce yourself and help them feel more comfortable with you. (Click here to review FAQs)
Simply:

- Reserve your timeslot.
- Choose to do an Arbitrator video, Mediator video, or Both types of videos.
- Follow our guidance to prepare for your video and use the on-line teleprompter to practice.
Then, come to the designated location (typically your local AAA office) at your scheduled time. Read your four responses from the teleprompter for an arbitrator video, or your short message for a mediator video… and you’re done.
We’ll do two takes to make sure you look and sound your best. CN Video will choose the best responses from each take and edit the video to include your name, slides that display the questions, and a custom AAA background.
You will have an opportunity to view and approve the video before it’s added into the AAA system.

You can choose an Arbitrator video or a Mediator video, then choose from the available locations, dates, and timeslots.
To do both Arbitrator and Mediator videos, you must be a member of the arbitration and mediation panels. Add each to your shopping cart individually and use the promo code provided by AAA during checkout.
Once you checkout, your spot is reserved. You will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to proceed and prepare.
Refunds (less a $25 processing fee) are available if a written cancellation request is received no later than 72 business hours before the start time on the first day of the video shoot. Cancellation requests received after that time will not be eligible for a refund.
