Items which may be retained by an inmate are limited for sanitation, security, and safety reasons.  Any excess of property, or property not authorized to be in the inmate’s possession will be regarded as contraband and may be confiscated.

Personal Property taken and inventoried upon your arrival, will be returned to you upon your release.

Any personal property left behind, will eventually be considered abandoned, and may be discarded or donated to a charitable organization.

Any money that you had on your person, will be put in an inmate account. 

This account can be used to; purchase commissary items, pay for any medical fees that you may accrue, pay for phone minutes, and cover damages that you cause while in our facility,
