In light of the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic, and the fact that the seasonal influenza virus is also widespread, CN Video is taking proactive steps to address our client’s concerns.

In order to maintain a safe workplace and protect the health of employees, customers, and visitors, our policy is:

  • Employees are currently working from home, except when recording video.
  • Only a minimal number of necessary people may attend production.
  • Employees have been instructed to wash hands frequently with warm, soapy water for at least 20 seconds regularly, and before and after meeting with a client.
  • All employees wear a mask and maintain social distancing.
  • Employees carry tissues that are used when coughing or sneezing, and discard them afterwards
  • Employees carry packets of hand sanitizer for cleaning hands (and equipment) while at a shoot.
  • Equipment is sanitized before and after each use.

CN STUDIOS REMAINS CLEAN AND OPEN DURING THE CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC.

Masks are required to enter the studio.  Masks may be removed for those on camera, however a minimum of 6′ distance must be maintained.

Alcohol-based hand sanitizer is available at the studio, and frequently touched objects and surfaces are disinfected regularly.

Equipment is sanitized before and after use.

I know there’s a lot more to consider than just the spread of coronavirus. Your business MUST be able to continue to function.

We can produce a large variety of videos with or without meeting in person:

  • New policy instruction videos,
  • messages to employees or clients,
  • project kickoff videos to bring the team up to speed without meeting in person
  • how-to videos on new procedures or using various communication tools necessary for avoiding personal contact,
  • or whatever video needs your business has.

Your employees, customers, and visitors need to know what you as an organization are doing to keep them safe, especially if your employees interact with your customers. What are your policies and recommendations?

If you’re asking them to do business differently, you can ease that transition by SHOWING them how. We have already received several requests for videos regarding policy changes/suggestions (how to use remote tools for communicating, safety tips, updated policies and procedures, and even messages to the customer on what the business is doing to keep everyone safe…).

CN Video is available if you’d like to discuss any needs you have. We understand that a quick turn-around time is needed.

Stay Healthy!
